Walt Whitman: Song of Myself, 1855
The theme for the 2024 ACPP Conference revisits that of the inaugural event in 2020: Unity and Diversity in our psychoanalytic work, theory, and group relations.
In contrast to the 2020 conference (representatives from each Member Association were selected to present) we invite, welcome and will consider abstracts on this occasion from anyone within the ACPP community. Abstracts that address the theme will be prioritised and it is hoped that the quote from Whitman’s poem stimulates a wide range of associations that can link with the theme. We will endeavour to include as many papers as possible in the one-day format along with time for discussion. At this stage, the conference is planned to be “in person”.
The abstracts will be reviewed by the ACPP Conference Committee.
